The property situated on a slope overlooking the old village of Gstaad has a fantastic view to the mountains. The small size of the garden and the geomorphic situation was a special challenge for the landscape design. The four different levels of the Chalet has been connected by building of footpaths, consequently enlarging the limited usable flat surface of the garden. The choice of the new plantations fits with the limited possibilities of alpine vegetation. Pavements, stairs and the covering of the concrete walls are made exclusively of natural stone.
